Process Control and Automation Company

As an Advanced Process Control (APC) Engineer, your task will be to improve and optimize process control strategiesfor our client’s processes. Main activities will be process analysis, system identification, development and implementation ofAPC strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure the highest product quality.

The main objective is to improve the technical performance of the client's processes by using APC methodologies, minimizing the need for human interaction for the process control of industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

*Process analysis

*Development and implementation of APC strategies

*Optimization and improvement of existing APC strategies

*Maintenance of implemented APC strategies

*Tuning of PID controllers

*Implementation of PiControl Solutions software tools for process control

*Education on Primary and Advanced Process Control

*Create and maintain process documentation, control narratives, and operating procedures.

*Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

*Proven experience in APC engineering in an industrial environment.

*Strong proficiency in APC strategies such as MPC, adaptive control, and optimization.

*Proficiency in data analysis and modelling.
